This workshop will be facilitated by Scenic Artist, Art Therapist and Author Brittany Knapp, who has used both wreath-making and journaling to process conflicted emotions, and believes this process can assist others in exploring their own personal love journey, gain insight, promote self-love and acceptance, process emotions and identify new goals for love of self and others. Brittany learned wreath-making while working as a scenic artist for Ralph Lauren fabricating decorations for the Madison Avenue window displays. She is a Creative Arts Therapist and soon-to—be published author, who used therapeutic journaling exercises as a tool for self-exploration and self-compassion while writing a memoir on reflecting on patterns in love and attachment. Brittany is looking forward to sharing this blend of therapeutic exercises- crafting decor for your home, and journaling, to help participants self-examine and grow through an integrative creative process, with a wreath wall-hanging as a visual reminder of their process! 🫂 💞
