Join us for our Art Therapy Group for Adults from 4:30-6:00 PM on Sunday, December 5, 12, and 26, and January 9, 16, 23, and 30.
Due to the pandemic, we have suffered from a social drought and so much uncertainty.
In this workshop, we will use creative practices to reestablish self-esteem, goal-setting skills, coping skills, and creative expression while fostering a sense of community in a safe environment.
