The group spans for 6 weeks, excluding holiday breaks. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life-transitions, social/interpersonal stressors, this group is tailored to help group members examine and process these challenges with art-making and supportive group discussion guided by an experienced, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. 🎨 🗣️
